Garrett O'Rourke
Born in Ireland, Garrett, the son of a vet, was raised riding and working with  horses.  He attended the University College of Dublin where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Commerce Degree in 1985.  Hoping to gain some international experience, he moved to the United States in 1986 and began working at Ashford Stud.  Rising through the ranks, he eventually became manager at Creekview Farm, and then, in 1992 he came to Juddmonte Farms where he took over his current position as manager of the United States operation.

Barbara Taylor 
Barbara began her career in the Thoroughbred industry in 1981 when she went to work at Nelson Bunker Hunt’s Bluegrass Farm. Starting as receptionist, she then progressed on to a record keeper of all sorts, keeping track of everything from tobacco to mare health records and stallion books. She stayed there until 1987 when she moved to Brookside Farm to work for Allen Paulson as Booking Secretary. After leaving Brookside in 1998, she started her current job as Equine Secretary for Juddmonte Farms, in a job she says she loves because "she learns something new every day and there’s never a day that is the same."

Erin Frey 
Erin started her career in the Thoroughbred industry working the yearling sales during college. After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, she began working as a pharmacy technician and veterinary assistant at Haygard, Davidson, McGee Equine Hospital. She has done sales preparations for Mill Ridge Farm and the Irish National Stud and worked the sales for Pat O’Kelly and Peter Kavanagh. After finishing the Irish National Stud Course in 2004, she completed breeding seasons with Juddmonte Farms, USA and Coolmore Stud, AUS. In 2005 she joined Juddmonte as Stallions and Racing Assistant.
