Having lived and worked around horses all of his life, James went to University and then to London to gain valuable commercial experience working as a Headhunter in the City. He then made the move to Newmarket to follow his passion and work within the bloodstock industry. Since then, James has been fortunate enough to work for some of the world’s leading stud farms, including Lanwades, New England, The Royal Studs, Arrowfield, Swettenham, Highclere and at Juddmonte's own Estcourt Stud for two years, until the end of 2011 when he took up the position at Banstead Manor as Nominations Executive.

Pat has worked in the bloodstock industry since 1970, as Stud Secretary for both Irving Allen and Souren Vanian at Derisley Wood Stud (now part of Darley Stud Management). Pat joined Juddmonte Farms in 1987, working at their Eagle Lane Farm stallion station before moving to Banstead Manor Stud in 1998.
