Aptitude is a Grade 1 winner, an outstanding looker, and has an
equally outstanding pedigree. He is a ¾ brother to Gr.1 winner
Sleep Easy. His dam, Dokki – a daughter of Northern Dancer, is a
half-sister to Gr.1 winners Slew O’ Gold and Coastal. This family
traces to the elite mare Bourtai.
Aptitude covered over 100 mares in 2002. Among his foal crop of
