OVER THE RAINBOW

INTO THE DARK (01 c Rainbow Quest ex Land Of Dreams by Cadeaux Genereux) won the Doonside Cup (11f), Ayr L., on Saturday.  He made short work of his rivals to cruise in the lead 4 furlongs from home and won by a comfortable 5 lengths; his fourth consecutive win and all his starts.

ELUSIVE DREAM (01 c Rainbow Quest ex Dance A Dream by Sadler’s Wells) won a useful Handicap at Ayr on Saturday, asserted his superiority in the final two furlongs to win by five lenths; his fifth win in 2004 and he may not have finished yet.

TAWOOS (99 m Rainbow Quest ex Queen of Dance by Sadler’s Wells) won the SEMB Hovedgard Hoppelop S (9f), Ovrevoll L., on Sunday by a length.  Tawoos also won this race in 2003.

Rainbow Quest also had success as a broodmare sire over the weekend with KIND (01 F Danehill ex Rainbow Lake by Rainbow Quest) taking the Flower of Scotland S (5f), Hamilton L.; her fifth consecutive win.
