ANOTHER WEEKEND OF STAKES PERFORMERS FOR MIZZEN MAST

There is rarely a weekend that goes by when MIZZEN MAST isn’t represented with a stakes placed performer, and this past one was no exception.

It was a pair of individuals from his first crop making their mark over the course of the past few days.

Grade 1 winner Mast Track was separated only a nose from scoring another Graded win when finishing second in the San Diego Handicap Gr.2 (8.5 furlongs on the polytrack) at Del Mar on Sunday. Mayomast, running on the West Virginia Derby card, placed in the West Virginia Secretary of the State Stakes (6 furlongs on the dirt).

MIZZEN MAST continues to show his versatility and consistency as a sire as his offspring continue to succeed in the stakes ranks.
