TWO GROUP 2 WINNERS IN 2 DAYS

OASIS DREAM demonstrated over the first two days of the historic July Meeting that he is a sire of immense potential.

MISHEER (Cadeaux Genereux) was simply too classy for her rivals in the Cherry Hinton Stakes Gr.2 (pictured above). She cruised along just off the pace but when asked to go about her business inside the final furlong she pulled well clear of her rivals to win by 3 ¼ lengths. The bookies reacted pretty quickly opening her up at 12-1 for the Guineas next year.
Jockey Neil Callan was impressed with Misheer and said “She’s the best I’ve sat on this year. She handles extremes of going and she’s got tactical speed. She’s got a big heart and a temperament to die for”

ARCANO (Daylami) was no secret when he went to the track in a hot maiden at Newbury and he duly went about his business. The July Stakes Gr.2 was a step up in class but again he won comfortably, asserting his authority over a classy field.
Arcano is a Spanish word for secret or mystery but the secret is certainly out on this impressive colt.

Arcano is OASIS DREAM’s 30th individual stakes performer and his 19th individual stakes winner to date. In his first crop, now four year olds, he has sired over 11% stakes winners to foals so far.
