IMPERIAL COUNCIL PROVES HIMSELF IN GRADED STAKES COMPANY
As in individual who started 2009 hot on the Kentucky Derby trail and finished out the year with two stakes placings, it was no surprise to see Imperial Council (EMPIRE MAKER) resurface again in stakes company in 2010.
He went right to the lead in the Commonwealth Stakes Gr.2 at Keeneland and stayed up for the show. Proving himself right at home in top class Graded stakes company, he should be one to watch as he becomes a more seasoned performer.
As shown by EMPIRE MAKER’s half brother CHESTER HOUSE, progeny by sons of Toussaud continue to progress as they age, indicating that Imperial Council has plenty left in the tank for a four year old campaign.
