GR.2 WINNER FOR DANSILI

The remarkable Illustrious Blue (by DANSILI) won his seventh race at his beloved Goodwood when running out an impressive winner of the Gr.2 Goodwood Cup on Thursday.

The evergreen seven-year-old has proved a revelation this season stepped up in trip, having won the Sagaro Stakes at Ascot earlier in the year. 

DANSILI has also sired the juvenile filly Mortitia, winner of the Markel International Maiden Fillies' Stakes at the Glorious meeting, as well as Dandino, the runner-up in the Gr.3 Gordon Stakes on the opening day.
