OASIS DREAM TOPS ENTRIES FOR 2000 GUINEAS

OASIS DREAM tops the sires with entries in the 2000 Guineas Gr.1 with six colts entered in the Newmarket showpiece. OASIS DREAM has started 2011 with a bang of stakes horses including his exciting Northern Hemisphere bred daughter Welwitschia, who ran third in the South Africa Gauteng Fillies Guineas Gr.2. Welwitschia is a Northern Hemisphere bred filly racing in the Southern Hemisphere which means she is potentially at a four to six months plenty against her Southern Hemisphere foes. OASIS DREAM'S Quiet Oasis was beaten a very short nose in the La Habra Stakes Gr.3 in California and his six year old daughter Anne of Kiev got narrowly beaten in the Cleve Stakes L.

The other resident sires at Banstead Manor have entries, including DANSILI, who has two entries in the 2000 Guineas Gr.1 and four entries in the 1000 Guineas Gr.1. All of Juddmonte's sires who have runners have sired Group1 winners, including OBSERVATORY, who has the second favourite for the 1000 Guineas in Helleborine. BEAT HOLLOW has an entry in the 1000 Guineas and ZAMINDAR has the impressive maiden winner Zaminast also entered in the 1000 guineas.
