GROUP DOUBLE FOR OASIS DREAM AT ROYAL ASCOT

OASIS DREAM produced an impressive double at Royal Ascot yesterday with his sons Prohibit and Power in the King's Stand Stakes Gr.1 and the Coventry Stakes Gr.2 respectively.

This was Prohibit's eighth career win and his first at Group level, providing OASIS DREAM with his eighth Group 1 winner. Bred by Juddmonte Farms, Prohibit was sold for 85,000gns at the Tattersalls Autumn Horse in Training Sales in 2009 to Robert Cowell.

Power maintained his unbeaten record in the Coventry Stakes Gr.2 and stepped up a level having won a Listed contest last time out at the Curragh. His next start could be in the Railway Stakes Gr.2 at the Curragh on 26th June.

Frankel rounded off a great day for Juddmonte when winning the St James's Palace Stakes Gr.1 with DANSILI'S son Zoffany finishing a very creditable second.
