MIZZEN MAST OFFSPRING TALLY UP STAKES FINISHES
The offspring of MIZZEN MAST highlighted Memorial Day weekend, placing in three stakes races across the country. It was Graded stakes placed Salary Drive who got things off to a start when finishing second in the Little Silver Stakes at Monmouth on Saturday, May 29th. Not to be outdone, Ansong recorded a second place finish in the Decoration Day Handicap on the following day. Rounding out the stakes placed weekend was Sheer Beauty, already a stakes winner in 2011, scoring a placing in the Gr.3 Ouija Board Distaff Stakes at Lone Star Park
