ANOTHER 2YO WINNER FOR THREE VALLEYS
Following on from Peccato Di Gola's success in Italy two weeks ago, Sidney Road followed suit when running out a comfortable winner of a two-year-old claimer at Siracusa on Saturday for her sire THREE VALLEYS.
THREE VALLEYS was a triple track record breaker over 6 furlongs, 8 furlongs and 8 1/2 furlongs and was the highest rated two-year-old in Britain in 2003, winning the Coventry Stakes by eight lengths. His daughter Sidney Road looks to have inherited his speed as she quickened well in the final two furlongs to score easily by two and a quarter lengths.
