As the flat racing season gets into gear, RAIL LINK is notching up more and more winners from his first crop of three-year-olds.

The European champion three-year-old is the sire of nine individual three-year-old winners to date, and on 1st May was responsible for two winners and two placed runners:

• Grandiloquent (trained by Sir Michael Stoute and entered in the Derby) made all the running to win over 12 furlongs at Kempton by two lengths.

Racing Post 2/5/12: “Remains open to improvement and shouldn’t be underestimated in better company”

• Like Clockwork (trained by Mark Tompkins) was also successful on the same card, winning in “taking style”.

Racing Post 2/5/12: “Clearly progressing nicely and looks an individual to keep on the right side of”

• Exning Halt (trained by James Fanshawe) was a fast finishing third to The Nile (THREE VALLEYS) at Lingfield.

Racing Post 2/5/12: “By far the main eye-catcher amongst the beaten horses. He now gets a mark and should be watched like a hawk from now on”

• Nopanicjim (trained by Rod Collet) was a close third in the Prix du Prieure de Jardy at Saint-Cloud. The filly was one of eight two-year-old winners for RAIL LINK last year.
