Taken from European Bloodstock News 24/02/13:

Juddmonte-bred Foreteller collected his second Australian Group race yesterday when winning the Gr.2 Peter Young Stakes at Caulfield, having landed the 2011 Gr.3 Coongy Handicap at the same course.

The six-year-old son of DANSILI got the better of the Gr.1 Railway Stakes winner Mr Moet (Mosayter) to win the 1800m race by a neck, with Budriguez (Al Mayer), a short head back in third and the German-bred Mawingo (Tertullian) fourth. This was his biggest success in Australia and he adds this victory to his three in Europe, which included the Listed Prix de Suresnes.

Bred by Juddmonte Farms and a 100,000gns Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale graduate, he is a half-brother to the Gr.2 Prix de Sandringham winner Modern Look (ZAMINDAR) and the Listed Flying Fillies’ Stakes winner Arabesque (Zafonic; dam of the Gr.2 Gimcrack Stakes winner and Whitsbury Manor sire Showcasing and the Listed winner and Mickley Stud’s Camacho), while his dam Prophecy (Warning) won the Gr.1 Cheveley Park Stud.
