Tony Morris, who recently retired from the post of bloodstock correspondent at the Racing Post, will contribute monthly features to with effect from the beginning of March 2014. The subjects will be those chosen by you, the reader.
As well as being a pedigree buff, Morris is a passionate student of racing history, and as an avid racegoer he has witnessed in action most of the best thoroughbreds of the last 50-odd years.

If you have a query relating to historic events, horses or racing personalities, or want his view on any aspect of Flat racing and breeding, past or present (with the exception of advice on matings), write to with your request and look for a new feature at the beginning of each month.
