BATED BREATH TOPS FIRST DAY OF BOOK 3

A BATED BREATH colt offered by The Castlebridge Consignment finished as the top lot on the first day of Tattersalls October Book 3 sale, selling for 85,000gns

Andrew Mead of The Castlebridge Consignment said: "The colt prepped with us and has always been very straightforward. The Bated Breaths are being well received." He added: “Bated Breath is a good stallion. Buyers seemed unsure about him at first, but he’s much liked now. He had some nice breeze up horses in his first crop and they’ve done well on the track.”

He was bought by Joe Foley on behalf of Clipper Logistics.  "He is by a sire we like, and he is a very nice colt with good movement," said Foley. "He is out of a young Galileo mare with a deep pedigree and she has already been successful."

This colt follows the Goffs UK Premier sale-topping (£270,000) BATED BREATH colt that Clipper Logistics purchased back in August.
