THREE LENGTH WIN FOR MIZZEN MAST FILLY

July 22nd at Ellis Park Maybe Wicked, a three-year-old filly
by MIZZEN MAST, won a 6 furlong $43,000 Allowance on dirt by leading at every
call to score by three lengths.
Maybe Wicked broke her maiden at Churchill Downs
getting 6 furlongs in 1:09 and 4 in a Maiden Special. Bred in Kentucky by Dr. Oscar Benavides, Maybe Wicked is
raced in partnership with Alejandro Machado, and she’s trained by Brad Cox. She
has some big shoes to fill because she is a full sister to Mizzcan’tbewrong, a
multiple stakes winner of over $350,000, and also to Money’soncharlotte, winner
of the Gr.3 Molly Pitcher and three other stakes, second in the Gr.1
Beldame and Gr.2 Chilukki Stakes, third in the Gr.2 Gazelle, and earner
of over $576,000.
