DAY TWO OF TATTERSALLS OCTOBER BOOK 1 SALE

On a day that saw seven yearlings hit seven figures, the Juddmonte stallions continued to perform strongly at Tattersalls October Book 1 sale yesterday (10th October) with both FRANKEL and KINGMAN represented in the list of the  top 10 priced colts.

KINGMAN had nine yearlings pass through the ring yesterday (10th October). one of the two highest priced lots, a colt out of Night Frolic, sold to John Gosden for 600,000gns. KINGMAN's average after the first two days of Book 1 is 392,467gns (15 sold).

Agent Charlie Gordon-Watson went to 700,000 to acquire a son of FRANKEL from the family of 1000 Guineas winner Virginia Waters. His average at the end of day two is 392,476 for 8 sold.

Of the six OASIS DREAM yearlings to sell, a Newsells Park Stud-consigned colt topped the list selling to China Horse Club and Ballylinch stud for 350,000gns. OASIS DREAM's average over day one and two is 200,000gns for 6 sold.
