BATED BREATH's excellent 2019 season continued over the weekend, with two Group winners, a Group 1 runner-up and a US stakes third.

Breathtaking Look became BATED BREATH's fifth Group winner of this year with an impressive victory in the Sceptre Stakes Gr.3 at Doncaster on Friday (13th September). The Stuart Williams-trained filly, bred by Ellis Stud & Bellow Hill Stud and owned by J W Parry, was a 42,000 guineas Tattersalls Book 3 purchase in 2016.

The following day, three-year-old Space Traveller won the Boomerang Stakes Gr.2 at Leopardstown in the colours of the race sponsor, Clipper Logistics. The colt was another Book 3 purchase, when knocked down for 85,000 guineas to Joe Foley.

On Sunday (15th September), Daahyeh - who was one of three winners for BATED BREATH at Royal Ascot this year - ran a close second in the Moyglare Stud Stakes Gr.1. Daahyeh, bred by D J and Mrs Deer, was purchased for £75,000 at the Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sale in 2018.

Also over the weekend, Feel Glorious - a 52,000 guineas Tattersalls Book 2 yearling - was third in the Pebbles Stakes L. at Belmont Park in the USA, while Juddmonte-bred Buffer Zone - who now runs in the colours of Sean Jones, David Spratt and Lynne Lyons - won the Premier Sprint Handicap at the Curragh.
