First blacktype win for Queen Daenerys

Frankel filly Queen Daenerys earned her first blacktype win in the Listed Prix Joubert at ParisLongchamp yesterday (10th September).

She raced to a one-and-a-quarter-length winning margin under Mikael Barzalona. The filly is out of a Storm Cat mare and bred on the same cross as Gr.1 winner Mozu Ascot and Gr.2 winner Elizabeth Way.

Queen Daenerys was a $500,000 yearling purchase Keeneland September Yearling Sale. She was purchased for His Highness Sheikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the owner of Gr. 2-winning two-year-old Daahyeh (Bated Breath).
